Well, in my mind it's no different, when you put it that way, BUT...
What's good for the goose....
Was Chenney's infamous "comment" carried on CSPAN, and if so, should not
the FCC issue a fine to the Federal Government on exactly that same logic ?
( now watch. Some lurking FCC person will go and actually do it ! )
