In looking through various listings at radio-locator.com, I have come  across 
several school radio stations with low-power FM licenses, usually on the  
order of 10 watts, which they use for announcements and local programming within  
their school's campus.  KASB is one such example of a Grade-School  
transmitter, having a class L2 license and transmitting with 8 watts.
