[BC] Harris FM-20K IPA

The discussion was that no one has done it as far as I can recall.  I had asked the question about
retrofitting to Harris and they said that matching the input to the PA was something they had tried
but had abandoned some time ago on the FM 20K.  No doubt it is within the realm of possibility but
the work involved and the cavity mods would probably make it not worth the effort.
