Mike Settles did so when he was CE at WJQI in Virginia Beach a good 
15 years ago. Mike is now out of broadcasting and I don't thinks he 
subs any of these lists nowadays. If I remember correctly (I was CE 
at co-owned WXLK then) he bought a retrofit kit from Harris. I went 
through a similar IPA upgrade at about the same time on a Continental 
816R-3, and also used a factory upgrade kit.
