And do not let me come across as a know it all, because I am well aware that
what the FCC writes and what they do (or do not do) are two entirely things.

I know that for years (much of my lifetime) that broadcasters have been
fighting tooth and toe-nail just to get what protection that they are
already entitled too.

Let me say, that I am sorry for you fellows that have had to work under that
hardship, for I fear that there is no real remedy for the sin of negligence
or the sin of under funding on the part of the FCC, or the broadcast owner.
