I have to ask, what was that person, who didn't know anything about
transmitters, doing inside the building without an engineer around?  How did
he get in?  How did he know how to defeat the interlocks?  Why didn't the
plate voltage shorting bar take it off the air?  There is not no way, not no
how I would ever allow anyone who didn't know transmitters to be alone with
one.
