[BC] Cell towers and measurements...

You have the right and if you know about should demand a proof before the  
erection of the proposed tower.  I know of one  instance that the  station was 
still making routine monthly measurements of their AM points.   One month they 
were out.  Observing the neighborhood there was a new cell  tower nearby.  
They notified the carrier.  The carrier admitted they  were not aware of the 
rules and hired the stations recommended consultant to  straighten out the array 
and provide the necessary FCC data and info for filing  and protecting them 
from addditional FCC problems.
 
Keep you ears and eyes open.   We need to get more cellular guys  involved 
with SBE locally.
