[BC] Contractors doing stupid things. WAS P.O.ed

Imagine my surprise when I went in to a leased site and found one of my
transmitters had been vented to the outside with ducting cut through the
top of the transmitter and attached to the PA cavity. This was done
while the transmitter was on, by a contractor at the request of the
lessor (trying to cut down on the AC bill).
I don't know exactly what communications transpired between the lessor
and the AC guys, but I do know he some how convinced them it was ok to
cut open the top grating of the transmitter and put in the ducting. With
them probably not knowing that they had their fingers within 2" of the
B+ (5 KV) going to the back door interlock.
Needless to say the fecal matter hit the rotary blades.
