[BC] WPRB vs. WWV

But isn't WPRB a non-commercial station?  At least that's the way it seems
from their programming.  I could hardly imagine them making any kind of
profit from it!  Sometimes WPRB gets so "eclectic" that they could replace
an hour's worth of their programming with an audio feed of WWV --
including Latin American CBers jamming it with "hola hoolla
hooooooollllaaaaa!!"* -- and nobody would know the difference.

*Here's an example of what I call "the party on WWV", including hola's
galore -- it's by far the weirdest thing I've ever heard on shortwave!

This has been happening for years... I first heard it around 1997, but I'm
sure it was going on for a long time before then.
