The only idea that comes to mind would be some kind of Faraday Cage... every 
wire coming in or out of the "cage" would have to have its shields grounded, 
and active lines bypassed to it. IOW, keep as much equipment as possible 
*inside* the cage, running only utility power lines into it. They do make effective 
RF filters for that.
