Additional info: the FOX TV tower I can see out the window from my control
console has multiple dishes, cell transmitters, and antennae up and down the
several hundred foot tower. In my unprofessional opinion, I'm not optimistic
that this RF problem can be cured. Compounding that, the local NBC affiliate
just bought property a few miles away and will be moving their operations
here sometime next year. And I failed to report there is also a faint hum
that's not a 60 cycle hum. It's a very faint swirling rumble. I'm feeling
pretty sick as this was my dream location only to find out it may not be
compatible for recording. In the back of my mind I'm wondering how I could
get out of a mortgage up to my eyeballs. I've not given up by any stretch
but this seems like a real pickle? :(
