That said maybe ASCAP should visit Contrsuction sites where workers
have their radios cranking out the tunes for the Entire floor
tolisten to while working..
I laugh when I was doing Telephone work in the closets I would
break the cardnal rule
or wearing Headphones On a Construction site.. I said If I had a
radio here for everyone to listen to then I would have to pay
royalties... they all thought I was nuts...
