[BC] RF interference problem

One of our neighbors was hearing our signal on his *alarm* system! Turns out 
that the installer never bothered to ground the box that held the master 
control panel to the main PC board! All I had to do was jumper the PC board 
"Ground" pad to the box. Instantly solved his problem. He was quite appreciative.

Of course, the mantra: "Ground *Everything*" works best with AM signals. FM 
is a whole 'nuther issue. Sometimes, merely moving the wires a few inches can 
make the difference between horrible RFI and total silence. (Been there, seen 
it happen.)
