Yes, but it takes a better-than-average receiver.  I heard Albania and Saudi Arabia when I lived in Florida; Australia, Japan, England, France, and Portugal from the Texas panhandle; Japan, China, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Sarawak, Senegal and the Solomon Islands from California.  And lots of other countries too.  It's a bit challenging but it can be done.
