[BC] RF interference problem

Hi Shelby,
How long has this interference problem existed?  When did it start and 
how has it changed?

Depending on the situation the station does not have to be operating 
illegally or improperly to be causing this sort of problem. Calling the 
FCC should be a last resort, and don't expect any magic solution, or 
anything in less than a year if anything at all.

The resolution to the problem (guessing that this is an FM) varies 
depending on how the RF is getting in, will decide how to stop it.

Please confirm that this is an FM before I go further..
