Its gotta be some kind of pattern recognition, not embedded data.
Put in the zip code for new york, (10019) then click on 103.5 WKTU (the
dance station in NYC for those who aren't familiar with the market) and then
on the right click on 12AM last night. KTU runs a mix show friday nights
and i aside from it just being so comical, i was working last nite and can
guarantee that they DIDNT play Nacy Sinatra lol. My guess is since these
are mix shows whatever software that is trying to recognize the tracks gets
thrown off my all the mixing and efx.
