[BC] RCA Camden -- Employee Info?

Hi.

I am trying to make some progress on genealogical research.

A (deceased) family member used to work at the "RCA plant in Camden,
NJ" according to family members.  He did some kind of work on the
cabinets for radios, perhaps wood work.

Are there any employee records around?  His name was David Faerstein. 
I was told he lived in New York but that seems like a bit of a
commute.

I'm guessing this would have been in the 1930s or 1940s?
