[BC] PLL Retrofit kit for Exciters

Hi,

  I remember at one time someone posted a link to a guy or company that made 
a pll retrofit kit for commercial exciters that was FCC certified. anybody 
have this link and costs involved. I want to bring this old sparta 680 back 
to life.
