And the way the rules and applicable orders have been written, the Class A
with secondary service is sure to prevail over the Class B which is only
assured service inside its COL. If the Class B's COL is within the Class A's
primary or secondary service, this one could become very interesting,
although I agree, it is/will be bad for the industry.
