[BC] IBOC Interference OK, LPFM Interference Unacceptable, was FCC on AM digital

Oh brother.  What about the impact of the (imaginary) interference that the 
little 100w LPFMer's would cause, like bringing down planes and taking the 
50kw CC stations off the air.  Heaven forbid!  Let's supress LPFM because 
that (imaginary) interference is not worth it, but this IBOC, why it will 
make the rich richer therefore the (proven) interference is acceptable.
