	I can't recommend the MD for anything news anymore. Go with the Marantz 
PMD-660 and never look back. $ 500 and it will never jam. Plug in a USB 
cable to your PC, or pull the memory card out and into a card reader on 
your CPU. Your news people will love the lack of time of having to enter 
audio into the editing CPU in real time.

	Please don't go with MD, they run fine for 18 months, then the 
mechanics go south.
