[BC] Interest in/Availibility of HD gear

That's my main concern. It's destroying the village to save it. Once 
an AM station has lost its listener base it's incredibly hard to get 
it back. I'm afraid "short term" will be a decade or two and 
listeners will have gone elsewhere with no desire or reason to 
return. I believe the interference will be the death of AM radio. The 
use of IBUZ during only half the day will be nearly as destructive as 
the interference itself.
