A while back, one of my sites (FM transmit) went "off" suddenly, and
could not be restored via remote. Rack was indicating on UPS.

Go to site.. one phase gone.. oops! Disconnected everything, waited,
watching my volt meter.. checked all phases first before reconnecting.
Power company restored it from their call center, a truck was never
dispatched that I could tell - took about an hour all told. 

Amazing, in the "Big" LA market something like this.
