I believe, as it is for me, that most people look for frictionless action in
the newsroom - how easy is it to do the kinds of things that used to take a
few minutes of prep (recording phone interviews, quickly grabbing just that
part of the interview clip you want, carting it up, stacking your cart,
adding notes to your script as to where that stuff goes etc) - it's all so
easy with Burli. And their latest version embraces podcasting completely and
automatically. I asked for a few tweaks (bulk conversion to MP3, changing
the default format in the Save As... Dialog box, etc), and they actually
listened to me and gave me all that I asked for in the next rev. It's $60 a
month or so per seat, and I've made hundreds of thousands of dollars with
that tool.
