         This is a good point.  We had the same issue here in Tucson.
         The shop had been fitted out well, but by the time I
         came along, it was "missing" almost all the key pieces.

         We had to start locking a lot of this stuff down.

         One solution I've suggested is to have the Executive
         Secretary hold a little "toolkit" and anyone can
         borrow.  Usually, the GM's secretary can breathe
         enough fire that the tools will be returned ... right?
