I had a Bunn coffee maker at WPAY's site not only for coffee but instant 
hot water for shaving. Incidentally, the 300+ foot deep well casing served 
as the ground. No lightning problems. This is the site that lost its two 
towers in the Feb, 2002 ice storm. Pix of the fallen Central tower 
prominently showed the flanges pulled off the ends of the legs. This is the 
failure mode for Central towers causing the lawsuits. The cause of the 
collapse was a sleeve of ice sliding down a guy and loosening a preform.
