What threw me the curve was that I had previously updated about 20 or so machines to 1.5 from 1.0.7
and did not have this problem.  The difference was that the other machines already had themes
installed, and the update imported them.  This one never had themes and would not let me install
them.

You're right...it does seem rather bass-ackwards to upgrade the program and not include the UI
option to enable/disable software installation.  I just went through the same hassle on our
machines, since we use Firefox here at home.  I was getting a little annoyed, to put it mildly,
to keep getting that error while trying to update my wife's extensions.  Hopefully, they'll fix
it on 1.6.
