Not at all. That would make a lot more sense. Do the channels differ, or are 
they carrying the same exact programming?

Based on what I've seen of "High Def" TV, I am only slightly impressed. I see 
lots of JPG-like artifacting in the pictures. Sure, overall, it's a better 
picture than NTSC, and certainly *far* better when the screen is so large, but 
it still has room for improvement. Too much bit-crunching is taking its toll.
