[BC] Satellite Trouble???

    If you are in New England and your Starguide system is glitching
about every 10 seconds...Join the club.  We've got several of our
stations in the NY/VT/NH area that are reporting this.  One of our guys
put a spec. an on the signal and he is seeing a very strong carrier
about 12.5gig every 10 seconds or so.
    Wonder if the Air Force is playing with one (or several) of their
AWACS planes....again.
