There was one on I-77 between Akron and Canton Ohio that was

Well, it seems the NTSA wants you to see THAT light, so you don't hit
THAT vehicle.
( I've found those 800,000 candle power turn signals a problem for
many years now )
It seems they don't give a rat's **** if the blindness causes you to hit
several other things, as that wasn't their objective at the time.
Unintended consequences !
Brighter MUST be better ! It only stands to reason !
