So - I'm in south central Texas. Do you have a list of what stations are
doing IBUZ.. I guess the trick would be for me to listen at local dark
6:30-7:00p, central, while the station is still daytime/IBUZing.. so that
would mean I need to listen to stations west of me - mountain time or
west coast, although I seldom here west coast here, even at night.

I'd like to hear this IBUZ myself.

During RITA, there were places that were relatively unaffected, except
they lost power. Most cell sites had a few (5-8) hours of batteries. No
generators. I noted right after RITA, at least 5 T-Mobile sites in Corpus
Christi sprouted new LPG gensets. Previously, the buildings were all
pre-wired for a trailer genset to come along, but they (T-Mobile) decided
to put permantent generators in, at least at these 5 sites. I haven't
seen this from the other vendors (Cingular, Verizon) so far in this
market.
