[BC] Shortwave from Maine

The Christian Science station was dark for a while, but has been back 
several years now as WHRA.

Allen's station is WBCQ, and last I knew was running the modified MW50 with 
the homebrewed single phase power supply.  Someone mentioned to me he had a 
fire up there recently, but no further details...
