    You learn so many things on the Internet.
    While reading Stan Horzepa's , WA1LOU "surfing" page on the ARRL web 
site, he states that he received an email from Dale Bickel at the FCC 
telling him that the HAAT calculator was back on line.
    Very useful. But make sure you input in meters, not feet and the 
result is also in meters.
