You are saying it was creative and not traditionally formulaic? What a
concept?? Where is it now??? Internet? Nowhere on broadcast? Are there any

Reread the above Jeff. The Underground format lives to this day as Classic
Rock. The Classic Rocker here in Pittsburgh is WDVE. Last time I checked they
were either #1 or tied for first. They promote their 30+ year heritage as a
rocker. When I was at WAMO the station was primarily rhythm & blues. The
Underground was only two hours per evening on the FM. The station has since
evolved to urban.
