answer is no, but we only get a few ice storms every few years.  Snow isn't

real big problem. ;-)

  One thing I don't think I've seen on any of these posts is a drain hole... 
Remember the big aluminum Harris dishes with the huge LNA cover?  Had one 
that was set up for ... G4? I think.... bottom of the dish was parallel with 
the ground, so water would really fill up the dish.  Picked up a few points 
on the sat receiver by draining the dish with one 3/8" hole... so I wonder 
about melting snow...
