Because he would be *fired* on the spot, and we wanted him immediately 
escorted from the premises. Barricading himself in would mean that the Police would 
be needed, as it becomes a "desperate" situation with a "disgruntled employee" 
who may be capable of anything, including sabotage & destruction of station 
property.

I'd consider it an emergency in this sense: a disgruntled former employee in 
an unpredictable and unstable state-of-mind has commandeered a radio station, 
and refuses to leave. I think the Police/911 call would be very much justified.

Now, if it was just a stunt, then that's a whole different ball-o-wax, as 
management would be "in" on it. I'm talking about a situation where someone did 
something like this, and refused to leave- literally barricading themsef into 
the CR and "taking over" the station.
