Imagine a reporter, fed up with his/her job and wanting to quit with a bang, 
says something like this when they go live...

"I'm at the corner of First and Main, where (some big story) happened earlier 
today. As you can see, the building is closed, the Fire/Rescue and Police 
have all gone home, and everything is quiet. So what am I doing here, standing in 
this freezing rain, when I could have filed this report from the studio at a 
much lower cost to the station? Back to you..."
