I haven't tried this yet, but there's a company called Vortex that
makes a product called ICG, which is designed to be sprayed
on aircraft propellors, de-icer boots, antennas, and control surfaces on
aircraft. It's available in a 9 oz can. What it's effect on a dish's cover is is anyone's guess.
I'd hate to burn a hole in an expensive dish cover. But perhaps you might look into it.

Our cover tends to let snow to slide off even though our look angle is for Galaxy 4.
When it does stick, a whap with a broom flexes the cover and it slides right down onto you
which is always a good laugh on a 20 degree day.
