The other side of this above scenario is that the 50 kW 1600 station 
dominates the 540 station in field strength within this 1 mV/m contour.

For example,  the 50 mV/m contour is 8.7 miles out for this 1600 station, 
but only 2.3 miles out for the 540.  At 8.7 miles, the 540 station has 
"only" 11.4 mV/m.
