Bob passed more than 18 years ago. His replacement at Harris was Dane Jubera. Dane left Harris and has been the Senior Engineering Manager at Jampro for about that long, so Bob had have died before that. I recall hearing the news of his death while working in Cleveland in the late 70's, I believe. I had the pleasure of working with him when I was at Harris as a field service engineer 1969 to 1971. We did only one field trip together, KDAY to work on a VP-50 am rig, but I would call him in the middle of the night when an 'engineered' solution to a trany problem did not sucom to the normal messaging.

Bob has passed on. I don't know when but I was told this a few years ago.
