[BC] noisy rigs

It's funny, I had a couple of stations I took care of several years ago over
in Lexington.  One of them had a Z5 and the loudest friggin' blower I had
ever heard.  A few years after those stations were sold, I had the chance to
install a Z5 at one of the stations I worked for full time in Louisville and
noticed it still had the same ole loud blower as the Lexington transmitter
did, but this one shifted gears after a minute.  I got to poking around on
the menu and found where you can force it to stay on high speed, or to
automatically change.  I felt kinda foolish after cursing the Lexington
transmitter for so long.  It wasn't it's fault, it was the previous
engineer's.
