I had something similar happen with an AM station whose 2'nd harmonic landed 
on another station's frequency. Turns out an *occupied* mouse nest inside an 
ATU's coil was the culprit. Eliminating the nest (the mouse got away, 
unfortunately) eliminated the harmonic.
