  If you are talking about the RCA 50F,  that was one of the best  air
cooled
transmitters.  That transmitter used low velocity of air to cool  the tubes.
The transmitter was really quite compared to the MW-50 that  replaced it.

I remember replacing a WE 5 kW Doherty with a BC-5H.  That 5H, with the
rotron blowers, really made a lot of noise for the power level.
