"These days"... that FCC notice was dated back in 2001. Have things really 
changed that much in just a few years, though? I did find it interesting that 
they actually got "nailed" for it, though.

Obviously, CYA goes into effect... if anyone writes asking if we could 
conduct a "DX Test", they will be politely refused. If they can "catch" us before 
sunset, then that's it.
