I do not have the time to crank the numbers right now, but I will if necessary. 
Bottom line I doubt this station could be financially damaged during those 
hours. I know of stations operating 50K omni at night for many months 
continuously and the supposedly damaged class A station both never knew and 
never experienced measurable audience loss. Then there is the case of your old 
station WOR where a certain co channel station has operated 10K omni for the 
last 25 plus years and never a complaint. Even Tom Ray says local coverage is 
all that counts.
