You ain't been cold in the lower 48 until you've been in Embarass, 
MN.  It's colder than International Falls and Fargo.  Not far from Thief 
River Falls, home of Digikey.  Regularly dives below -25 deg. F. every 
winter.  That area around Beloit will rarely dive to -25.

Been living not from that area a long time...
