This guy has confused RF occupied bandwidth (~200 kHz) with composite 
baseband bandwidth (limited by the FCC to 100 kHz). He thinks that you can 
transmit a music signal with 63 bit per second, concluding "THAT MEANS THAT 
RIGHT NOW BROADCASTERS COULD TRANSMIT  26,812 channels of Digital Audio on 
their existing subcarriers using existing technology!!!!

It goes downhill from there. Technically, the guy is clueless.
