What do you mean "no longer required"? Are you trying to
tell me FCC rules "no longer require" a First Class Radiotelephone
(replaced by the GROL)? Do pilots no longer need licenses?
Gun owners no longer need permits? It sounds like you are
treating me like Little Johnny!!

One day Johnny's father said "Johnny, come here. I want to tell
you about the birds and the bees." Little Johnny screamed "No!
No! No! Don't talk to me! I don't want to hear you!" Confused,
Johnny's dad asked why his son did not want to listen to him.

"The last time you talked to me you told me there was no Tooth
Fairy. The time before that, there was no Easter Bunny. The first
time, you said there was no Santa Claus. What are you going to tell
me now? Adults don't get laid? What am I going to look forward to
when I grow up?"
