Back in a time I can barely remember while I was
at Gates, I do recall orders coming through for
special paint colors on equipment where one of the
networks had their own paint spec. The adder for 
doing was significant because they had to make a
special run in the paint shop, cleaning out all the
standard gray and loading the special color, then
repeat the process to get back to standard again.
