[BC] RCA History earliest transmitter

AEL came to the Twin Cities and pitched the CE's of KEEY-WLOL-WYOO-KQRS on
their line of transmitters when the IDS master antenna project was in its
early stages

The proposed 40 kW's (2 x 20) with something like 30 notch filters in the
combiner

This was winter 74 as I recall.
